Head Chef, Todd Hawkins, has been working his magic at the Kopper Kettle for the last 8 years. Todd began dabbling in the kitchen at the age of 13, fine tuned those early culinary interests at the PA Institute of Culinary Arts where he earned his degree in 1995, and then began cooking professionally at the age of 27. He has cultivated his experiences in several restaurants throughout Pennsylvania but we sure are grateful that he has chosen to spend his most recent years here with us. Chef Todd never backs away from a culinary challenge, and he professes that putting good food on the table and making people happy are his driving forces. He prides himself on keeping a clean and organized kitchen.

Deb DiStefano became the owner and proprietor of Ye Olde Kopper Kettle in January of 1984. For many years, the place was known mostly as a place to grab a cold beer on the way home or for a late night out with friends. In November 2000, Deb opened ‘Debbie D’s Kitchen’ with a dream to share her love of cooking and complement the experiences of our bar patrons. At that time, she was joined by Randy Newman. With a lot of blood, sweat, tears, luck and support, they turned the Kopper Kettle into the quality, full-service restaurant you see today. Deb and Randy have been running the Kettle together for the last 20+ years and have turned it into a place where both employees and patrons deem it their second home.
